KBS2TV 'SungKyunKwan Scandal' finished broadcasting last year, but has received the 'Best Drama Award Of The Month'.
The Television Broadcast Review Committee held their 'Best Drama Award Of The Month' ceremony on January 25 at the Seoul Mokdong Broadcasting Hall for November 2010.
Aired last November, the award-winning drama is set in the Joseon period and revolves around the life of a woman entering into the forbidden world of SungKyunKwan, creating the Jalgeum Quartet as fans have fondly come to love.
With regards to the winning choice, the head of the committee stated, "There were fresh material and alive characters that successfully portrayed the frustrations of being in a traditionally obsolete era of conflicting viewpoints. This is a youthful journal that makes you cry yet smile at the love and friendship."
